I booked a complaint ref no 6186484 dated 28th of April 08 regarding no dial tone for the above mentioned landline connection. Talked tp Rashi on 28th. was informed it will be rectified by 10 am 29th of April. Again talked to Vishal after dialling 4444121 (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP) on 29th. Talked to Simran today for 20 minutes. Was put on hold, was not given no of seniors, neither the mail id for complaint was given. Nothing has happened so far. I have been using airtel for the last 5 years and that s why had gone for this connection a few months back. I am frustrated and disturbed at such callous attitude of the executives.
