I duly made payment for my Airtel bill through cheques but still my telephone connections got disconnected.
When i inquired about the issue to AIRTEL customer care they told me payment details not upgraded in their computer system. But, those payments has alredy been debited from my account many days back. I forwarded them the details of the cheque along with numbers, still they disconnected my telephones, due to which i suffered huge business losses.
It has happened to me twice.
I dont understand that why a company like AIRTEL have such a pathetic payment upgradation system.
It is shameful that organisation like AIRTEL who wish to compete with MNC's and takeover/merge with MNC's cannot even fulfill basic customer needs.
