Regarding not disconnecting line

Hello,

This is to inform you that i have submitted all the dues. and when i went to airtel office to submit the application they told me that my request has been processed and bill has been freez. But after one month again they are asking me for bills while i have not used the service as i have shifted from chandigarh. Please dont disturb regarding this again.
