Problem with the service

Dear Sir,

I have an Airtell postpaid connection with matrix plan. Since the day i hve activated the connection i am not receving the bills properly always after the due date and the charge me for late payment. There is no relation ship centre in the town Chadrapur recently to launch the complaint and pay the bill. Even if there was, there was no responcible person to take the complait. even for the payment of bills, they don't accept the cheque ask for the cash payment if we ask for the waiver of late fee no one takes the responcibility.

I would like to look into my problem and do the needfull. thank you.
