1) I have sent GPRSDEACT request to 511 on 17th Nov08 at 10.02 pm, but even on 18th Nov 08 morning 8.15 am service is still active as i enquired on phone with customer care (121).
2) On November 18th morning I had called customer care (121) at around 8.10 am (121) when my balance was 48.31 RS.After calling It has become 17.82RS.
I kindly request you to revert money debited for calling customer which is care toll free 121. Also I request you to Deactivate my GPRS service, as i have already sent the message around 11 hours ago from now. The time I had taken connection my GPRS charges were 11.50 RS/24 hours. Now it has increased to 14.99/24 hrs. When I call 198 number I hear a message please chech the number you have dialled.
