AIRTEL LIVE TEXT BASED SERVICE WAP
GROSSLY UNSATISFACTOTY SERVIVE-ALMOST LIKE EXTORTION

In response to an advt. on internet i had suscribed to this service, presumably free, as it was made out in the said advt. My susequent efforts to have this unsubscribed have failed as no one in Airtel could help me how to do so-neither the 121 service, nor Airtel's staff at their service centres. Ihave sent mesage through SMS as well (Ref No. ) but of no avail.

Also, the information given in the advt. on internet was was far from complete;it was cleverly and deceptively worded, may be deliberately.

All charges made should be refunded and it should be stopped forthwith repeat forthwith.
