DEAR SIR

I RITESH KHOT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINTS AGAINST AIRTEL

AIRTEL COMPANY HAS DEACTIVATED MY NUMBER 9004691881 EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT AGAINST THERE BILL, I HAVE CALL UP CUSTOMER CARE FOR SEVERAL TIME, BUT THEY WERE GIVING ME STANDERED ANSWER FROM 22ND JUNE TO 24 JUNE THAT THE LINE WOULD BE ACTIVATED WITH IN 4 HRS BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED, FINALLY ON 25 TH I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT UR NUMBER HAVE BEEN PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED, STATING THAT I HAVE TOLD THEM TO CANCELL THE

LINE

I NEVER STATED I WANT TO CANCELL THE LINE, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WAS VERY HARSH WITH THE LANGUAGE, I WAS CALLING ON 121

NUMBER FROM 19TH TO 23 RD BUT THEY WERE GIVING ME STANDARD ANSWER THAT U PAYMENT HAVE COME TO US ON 22 ND AND WE R FORWARDING THE REPORT TO BACK OFFICE FOR ACTIVATION AND IT WOULD ACTIVATE WITH IN 4 HRS, THEN I FINALLY CALLED T HEM ON 25 THEY TOLD ME GO TO NEAR BY AIRTEL GALLARY TO ACTIVATE U R NUMBER, THERE I COME TO KNOW MY NUMBER WAS PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATED.

I WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR FIRST TIME BECAUSE ONLINE PAYMENT FACITILY WAS NOT RESPONDING. FOR A 1WEEK . I HAVE REPORTED THIS THROUGH MAILS .THEN I REGISTERED MY NUMBER WITH HDFC BANK ..AND ON 18TH I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT OF RS 1300 THROUGH HDFC CREDIT CARD .AND THEY HAV

E MADE A PAYMENT TO AIRTEL THROUGH DD WHICH REACHED TO U ON 22 ND

I HAVE ALL THE EVEDINCE WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER WITH ME ALL, THE CORRESPONDENCE THROUGH MAILS

PLS DO THE NEEDFUL AGAINST THIS, BECAUSE ALL OF THIS I HAVE SUFFERED HEAVY LOSS IN BUSINESS
