No responce from the customer care

My name is ankul jain and my number is 9935167251. airtel has activated a service without my permission and there was a deductio of 10 rupees per day and now i am calling to airtel but they are not responding and they are not talking to me and they are not listening to me so i don't know what to do???

so plz do spmething for me...
