Company not disconnecting post paid no

I have an airtel postpaid no. 09871070776 .i want to surrender no., 3-4 times have visited airtel centre in sec 61 noida and have also lodged request on concerned service/callcentre no..they just refuse to acknowledge and take the request.staff is rude and not helpful at all
