Wrong Billing due to Blackberry not deactivated despite request given 4 months back and outgoing calls barred on non payment

Dear Sir,

My name is Prasenjeet Bagchi. My Airtel Mobile number which I am complaining about is 9967367421.

I logged an online request on www.airtel.in in the area where requests are given, for deactivation of my Blackberry services on 18th November 08.

Despite my request getting logged on I was billed wrongly for Blackberry services for all months since then out of which I even paid those wrong billed amounts for the months of November and December.

On further complaining on customer service numbers there executive asked me not to pay from January till I get the corrected bill.

Now they have disconnected my outgoing facility from today.

Earlier also they had deactivated my number for more than a month in the month of July 08, without any reason, and after being paid all bills.

I want to take Mr. Sunil Mittal and their CEO to the consumer court for personal appearance.

Let me know how and what needs to be done in this regard.
