Hi,
I got an airtel mobile connection in bangalore, and recently i changed my plan to CUG in november.
But till now airetl have not processed the request and my CUG calls are still charged.
I have raised almost 20 complaints for this with no luck.
The customer care service is so poor that they wont answer your queries and most of the time their systems are down and they will ask us to call back after 1 hour or so.
Some time i have seen that if we complaint more, the call will get dropped automatically.
Does anyone else too have similar experience as mine..?
