Billing clarification

Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding airtel mobile # 9894049430 (TN) since 2004 under the montly rental as Rs.524/- permonth with the promiss of unlimited GPRS service/ download. Till April I got this benefits & Airtel started charging my GPRS usage from May onwards without any prior information.

I try to made serveral complaint with airtel customer care (121) but every time they refused to register a complaint in this reagrd & forced me to pay the amount. Also I had send several mail to 121, Nodal etcc of airtel & never got any responce

The bill for the month of July they have raidsed around 2700/- only for GPRS which even we never get if we are using 24 x7 broad band connection.

Without the responce of my complaint they used to send several SMS for the payment which make me upset

Plaese help me in this reagrds
