Payment deducted from my a/c

Without my permission the airtel mobile service provider is dedudted my amount Rs10/= (rupees ten only) on dt 24/8/09 . so that i given the complaint to his customer care on dt 24/8/09 No 0824295041 & dt 29/8/09 082429504100 but today it self the company is not refunded my amount . so that i want to get that amount what the procedure please explain me
