Change of Postpaid connections to Prepaid connections

I visited Air tel out let on 14.10.2009 to get my connection no 9810178231 & 9810277772 changed to from Post paid to Prepaid connections.

I paid dues of the said phones at their office, receipts given to me are no Book no 39, receipt no 11607 amounting Rs. 45 .00 for phone no 9810277772 and receipt no 11608 amounting Rs. 180.00 for phone no 9810178231.

They also took Rs. 43/- each easy charge from me for both the nos vide receipt no 9607 & 9608 and I was assured that within 24 hrs both the connections will be changed to prepaid connections.

But as on date the said connections have not been changed and I am calling them 10-12 times in a d ay to know the status of my phones and request them to expedite the matter butthey are not attending my calls, some time they put my call on hold for 10 -15 minutes and then call gets disconnect and their employees have also misbehaved with me many times and inspite of making any help to me they ask me to talk to customer care at 121, and when we talk to customer care, they advise to contact air tel outlet where i have dposited the form and paid the money.

I donot know what to do and why the behavipour of SSDN Enterprises air tel outlet at Nehru Place is rude with their customers.
