My Phone number is 9567486384 On 23rd May I called to one of the customer care executive from Airtel. I enquired him about night talktime. After his instruction I recharged Rs. 32 on 24th may. After the recharge I realized that the executive wrongly guide me. He advice me to recharge Rs. 32 and will get 450 night talktime with validity of 15 days. But the original offer is Rs. 31.
Then I again talk with another executive (named Manoj) on 24th May. He understands the problem and promised that “you will refund the amount if our executive wrongly informed you.” After this word he disconnects the call. After that I try to call to Airtel Custmercare (121, 198) 15times. But couldn’t connect.
On 25th May around 9pm I try to contact 9895198951. And I explained all the matters to the customer care executive. After hearing he disconnects my call without my permission. Then after I couldn’t get this number also.
This is so irresponsible of Airtel cusmercare.
