Very Bad/ Ghatia Behabiou

This is The example of Very Very Bad and Ghatia services of Airtel and I am feeling that been Cheated by AIRTEL .

The History of the Problem is as follows but I am sure that They will not solve it easily:

My Name Dr. SANJIV Kumar JHA

Documents Given For New Prepaid Connection:

• One Photo

• Photo Copy of My Voter ID card

Problems:

Problem -1 Problem Start

• I contacted to the local Market of Panchsheel for a connection on 17th of June and they have given the number 9717066878 and that were not activated.

• Two Days passed and I was under Problem and sanded lot of mail to Customer Care of Airtel.

• Solution: Nothing and no bother about the Problem of a customer and Services of Phone.

• Result: I handed over the Connection to Shop Keeper

• Shop keeper was good than Their highly paid Staff he had Taken another Copy of Photo and ID Proof and Provided me the New Sim Card No. 9717066849.on Same Day.

Problem -2 ID Verification:

Nobody contacted me at my work Place or Residence. One Phone Came and ask nonsense type Questions as such

• Where are you?

• Why you came Delhi?

• You know someone?

• What is your income?

• What Type of your job?

Problem -3

• Phone No. 9717066849. Has worked till yesterday [14July] and that was blocked by AIR TEL without any Reason, And I don’t know why this Misbehave are doing By AIRTEL in Delhi for a New Person.

• No Support from Customer Care.
