Hi,
I'd recently changed my address and informed airtel well in advance of same and requested my new bill copy to be delivered there which they just claim they've have dispatched but provided me no proof of same when i asked them to do so.
I then asked them to re-send again once more and that complain absolutely fell on deaf years.
I'm with airtel for past 3 yrs and such horrible service by airtel is totally unacceptable.
Airtel in past too are famous for late to very very late delivery of the bill
Can Airtel wake up and improve their services and provided atleast a bit of satisfaction to customers rather than JUST FOCUSSING ON MONEY
