I have been wrongly charged Blackberry Charges in my Monthly Mobile Bills, when the discrepancy was noticed i was informed by Airtel that the wrongly charged amount of around Rs. 1400/- will be credited into my account, as such i need not pay my current bill of around Rs. 900/-.
Now due to non payment of current bill Airtel has disconnected my Line.
I fail to understand the lack of communication within Airtel's Billing & recovery Dept.
I am seriously thinking of changing my service provider.
