Outgoing and incoming services are debarred

Sir,

After giving the required documents such as photocopies of voter ID card, Passport, and local residence proof with the complete filled up the form for outstaion customer, I am not getting the outgoing and incoming facility from Airtel. So I planned to go for judicial help against Airtel company.
