Actually I am using the Airtel pre-paid connection for one year. Recently I bought new mobile W810i. I activated Instant GPRS.But its not working for me. They deducted Rs.20 from my account. I contact customer care on that day, they said they will refund the amount. But I am calling the customer care last 3 weeks, but they did not resolve my complaint. They are givivng different reference number. Actually they did not refund my amount. So many times, the customer care people disconnect my call. Suddenly one day they are saying we already refund my money. But I did not get. I will not angry if they said that, they wont refund the money. But I got angry once they told the lie. Don't activate the GPRS in Airtel. This is my experience, it will help others.
