Sir,
i took 2 additional connection of airtel under cug to my company employees by submitting the copy of the proof and personnel verfication on 9.5.2008. the connection was given only on 15.5.2008 and the service was disconnected on 19.5. since the agent who has taken my proof of identity was absconding with the papers.
Airtel never bothered to contact me to inform the same but discontinued the supply. till date iwas not contacted to restore the line despite my complaints to their executives.
iam terrilible annoyed and taking the matter to consumer court.
can u help me in taking the company to consumer court and redress the greivance.
