I have been using the number- 9810071269, since a decade. I had requested for the DEACTIVATION of GPRS services on my cell in Jan. I had also paid its charges for next 6 months without even using it. It has not been cancelled even till date.
Neither the extra money paid is been adjusted, nor the rectified bill have been sent to my address.
Only my SERVICE has been Deactivated, even though my bill payments are always on time.
Regullar written complaints on mail, to their offices or verbally to call executives at their help lines seems just WASTAGE of My TIME...
WILL IT REACH FROM HERE???
