Service problem

I have taken new connection of the airtel...

i am active 24 hour internet pack the mobile office on it .. at 3/11/09 at 4:30 p.m ..i have charge 20 Rs. but at after 7 hour again charge of 20 Rs. rather than it is the pack of 24 hour... no one have listen the my complain...
