I have been trying to call airtel customer service through 121 and 9810012345. once i reach the option to speak to customer service executive, line gets disconnected. this happening for the last 6 days. in between i received two calls from airtel for customer satisfaction survey and i told them i am not happy and the line immediatly gets disconnected.
is there a way i can complaint to any other body about such irresponsible customer service? Really the corporations such as airtel which makes enourmous profits on customers should go a long way to serve the customers!!! i pity the system we have here!!! NO ONE TO QUESTION???
