Unauthorized payment deduction from mobile phone

Sir,

I am an Airtel mobile phone connection consumer and my phone number is 9831631506 and I am using Nokia handset.

Earlier I had lodged my complaint about unncessary deduction of payment of 30 paisa from my phone daily without any reason. After then one gentleman called me on 28.10.2009 at about 10.30 a.m. from phone no.971789431 and assured me that such type of deduction will not be in future. But since last three/four days daily Airtel is started deducting 30 paise without any reason.

Kindly do necessary steps urgently.
