Airtel has charged RS. 3151 and RS. 2308 consecutively for the months of Aug, sep 09 as GPRS charges which I claim that excess, because, I do have unlimited data plan broadband internet connection and never my charges for GPRS has exceeded Rs. 350 previously.
Airtel claims that the charges are correct, but as per them they don't have any system to cross check or any system for customer to cross check the usage.
It has been two months since I have forwarded my complaint, and the customer care has been the worst I have ever saw.
I started email communication to airtel but no use. They even donot understand the problem nor try to solve the problem.
Kindly guide me how to approach to resolve the issue.
