Non activation of duplicate card connection

Dear Sir

on 11.10.08 at 12.15 noon i went to the AIrtel showroom with proof of rationcard and pan card requesting for duplicate card. I was asked to pay rs.150/- and was informed that the card would be activated in 4 hours. Till 12.15 of 12.10.08 it is not done, I have contacted Customer care entre thrice call attended by Mr. Sudharshan on 11.10.08 night. He informed that there was no request from show room and asked by new sim card number and said it would be activated in 2 hours. Again it was not done. Now at 11.50 AM on 12.10.08 I called CC centre. Mr Arun attended the call and he informed that he would activate the connection in 2 hours. He called once again and informed that the phone call was dropped while speaking and again he put down the call before even the conversation was over.

Is this the way you render good service to a customer having airtel connection for past 2 and half years. Than u for the service. Please activate soon.
