Sir, I have a life time pre paid Airtel connection of Orissa. I didnot use the no after November. I reached Orissa on 21.06.2009 and found that my mobile is working and I recharged the mobile and make and receive calls till 25th of June afternoon. On the afternoon it stopped automatically without any information. I enquired from the zonal office at balasore and they told me that the number disconnected due to not using between 01.01.2009 to 01.06.2009 and it is not POSSIBLE TO REVIVE THE NUMBER. I argued than how your network allowed to recharge and talk w.e.f 21.06.2009 to 25.06.2009. They at last issue me another SIM by taking Rs.75/- and activated it with the same old Number. But all my recharge amount lapsed as they informed that those amount lapsed. As i have less time and I have to return to Delhi I just obeyed their instructions, but now I want to make a consumer case. How I will do it?
