Hi,
For almost 10 years we had Airtel Services (prepaid) and twice earlier the documents requested by us had been submitted in these past 10 years. Now again, they ask for the documents which literally means that the documents submission is not being taken care by Airtel. Someone, somewhere in Airtel is not doing her/his job so the documents probably get lost and never go on their records.
We do not have an airtel shop nearby where we live. We can't go to the city as well every time. we are not keeping well and suddenly an SMS pops up that the connection will be taken away if documents are not submitted. Here are the numbers if you check this connection has been for a while now:
