Sir,
From last three months I am not getting my Airtel Mobile bill, though I am getting bill alart SMSs from them, and I am making payment.
There is no satisfactory reply from their customer care, as they promise to arrange call back, but not comming. When I make complain for not receiving the bill, they simply say you will be charged for sending duplicate bill. I told them, you can charge me double the amount but it should be with prove of delivery.
One has the right to know how he is charged before making the payment.
Please help me.
