SMS alert from Airtel not recieving in my number # 9955198725

I have a Airtel number# 9955198725 (Jharkhand) since arround 2 yrs ago, But in last yr they were deactivated SMS alert from my number. Then after one month once again I activated SMS alert in my number, but still since 1 yr I don't have recieve any message from Airtel. Whenever I talked with Customer care they reply me that we'll send you sms service soon.
