On receiving an offer for recharge in my mobile no.9895223750, I have read 30Days as 300 inadvertently and charged for Rs.916/-Only after recharging it came to my notice that it was only 30 days validity. Actually a space bar in between 30 and Days was missing in your offer.
The offer was
916 Golden recharge... Dtls 51572.
Hence I request that the remitted amount may be changed to normal scheme at the earliest.
Kindly note that I and all my family members use the airtel service despite several offers for women and for State Govt. employees (I being an woman employee of Kerala State) offered by BSNL.
