my mobile number is:9831737646., my name is Mukul Mukherjee, i have taken an airtel connection in the state of west bengal, for the past few days i have been entitled a model video pack with out my concent. i called up customer care for stopping this service as i did not want this, further i have sent messages also to stop this kind of services.
But inspite of my efforts i was ignored, many a times i was told that this service will be closed down shortly, but no steps has been taken as of now, more over its really hurting and a sence of insult for me to call down the care centre and getting a response which is highly ill behaved.
i hope this matter would be taken care shortly.
