Dear Sir/Madam,
I hussain Choudhari using mobile number 98675 82116 with airtel since last 3.5 yrs,
my bill plan was alex 299 plan (charges any local mobile 25 paise to airtel mobiles 15 paise).
Sir since last one and half month they have revised my charges to 50 paise without my consent when contacted to them they have told me disconnect my number or accept the current charges.
when I written to 121 I got the confirmation that my plan will be retained but nothig has happend and I am getting a huse bills for the same. I had aproached thier head office at malad but nobody helped me and I am feeling like harrased for the same.
Sir I never defaulted in my payment.
Sir pls help me to resolve my problem.
