Sim & PUK code problem

Hi Airtel Team,

I have a SIM, no. is 8991100704061534317, which was dead before two days from now. When I called to the Manager Ms. Deepti then she told me to take new SIM, no. 8991100704058635812, and ensure me that the new SIM will activate with in one hour and my problem will sort out as soon as possible but my problem is still remains and I have to go out of delhi today and the SIM is not activate till now. Kindly request to solve my problem immediately.
