I have charged Rs.20/- as per SMS received from 54321 under servuces from Airtel that "you have for downloading MCpack on http://10.2.34.47/OTA" where as I have not downloaded any thing from this site. I don't have any idea about this site. One complaining regarding the same on 121- customer car number. They are replying only the same that I have been charged for the same. It is surprising that without requesting anything Airtel charges me Rs.20/-. It is their system that by default they do like this and charge to customer.
Please do write to Airtel to give me credit of Rs.20/- back.
