Threatening, using illegal ways

This is in regard with the number which I had (9972030024) when I activated this no. my initial limit was Rs.500 it was increased to Rs.1000. whenever my billings used to get close to this limit before the billing cycle I used to get calls from your end and I always made my payments on time, gradually they increased my limit to Rs.4000 my bills used to range between Rs.2000 – Rs.3000 which can be checked with Airtel records too. One fine day I received a phone call from your Airtel my bill is Rs.6000 which I have to pay immediately else it will be barred when I indicated to the representative my limit is Rs.4000 how did it cross the limit and why no one informed me from your end which they did earlier the response was they will get back to me, I also requested for a detailed bill statement which I never got.

Whenever I used to get a call from Airtel regarding my bill I asked the same questions about my limit, billing statement I never got an answer I hope all the calls are recorded. As a user I have the right to check my bills before paying and Airtel does have the option for complete billing statement, also I had problems related with the bills which I want to be cleared, instead Airtel is trying to use illegal ways they are calling my family, friends and are using abusive language and spreading false information about me. One of your employee name babu called my friend saying I have given her no. for reference and now it’s her responsibilities to give my contact details else face consequences as if I am an absconder trying to cheat. The interesting part is I never gave her no. for any reference. Mr. Babu has repeatedly contacted my family and friends and has threatened them. When they sent their recovery team to my residence I met them personally and clarified my stand they did say they will come with the details but they never came with any details you can also check my data I have always cleared my bills on time that is why my limit was increased. I am ready to pay the amount I have used before that I want Airtel to clarify

1> how did they allow me to cross my limit

2> why they never informed me about it

3> why they couldn’t send a detailed bill till date

I would request Airtel to stop all the illegal ways they are trying to use and follow proper procedures.
