Dear Sir/Madam,
I have requested the Airtel Customer Care to Deactivate my mobile many a times but nothing has happened as yet. They are not deactivating and continously the Billing Cycles are generated and I am made to pay the Bill amount.
Whenever I try to call the Call Center after paying the bill it gives an message as Invalid Number. Already I have paid the outstanding amount of Rs. 750 and today when I called they are telling me that another billing cycle has been done and I need to pay another Rs. 483 on that.
They have activated another Billing Plan without asking me. How come they do that.
I opted out of Airtel because of bad coverage from their end. Please help me out.
