Improper response by the call centre and excessively charged for a service

I hav been charged twice for downloading a content from the airtel wap site.

I also am being charged Rs.5 daily for no gprs connection

and on calling the customer care the person asks me the balance that i had before downloading the content which i don't know

but i do have the msg sent by them twice for the content downloaded by me.
