Hello, my name yogesh parab, i am working in a mumbai police. i have got a airtel prepaid mobile card for the use at a consession rate i.e called government card.the number of my card which i use is 9867718728.this i got before 15 months.i reffil the card of rs.3300 and i got a validity of one year.the validity got expired on 17th september.but i have a balance amount of Rs.1273.60 paise in my account.but i was out of town for my work for 1 month and my phone was in mumbai so i cant reffil it.when i came back on 4th octomber 2008 to mumbaiand saw the phone it shows the zero balance in my account.i went to airtel gallery and ask about this then the manager said that as you not refill the phone in 15 days after the expiary of its validity all your balance amount is gone lost.i dont understand what he means by gone lost, my number is still working i done the refill again for Rs.3300 now and using the phone.but the balance amount which i lost is a very big amount for me as i got a salary of Rs.5500.and this is not fair to anybody or for any aam admi.ye to public ki loot o rahi hai. so u pls look into this issue and try to refund my amount to me. ye airtel wale bate to badi badi karate hai mumbai police ko salam karate hai aur unhi ko lutate hai. thank you
