Sim card registration failed

Dear Sir,

I am Naresh Kumar Janghel, I had purchased prepaid sim card in 2007 for life time. my mobile no. is

9893185759. I have been rechared it regularly along with airtel tarrif voucher. Today I was surprised when I saw sim card registration fail in my mobile phone.wihtout assigning any reason by airtel company for such activity. After that I Contact local service centre of airtel &met official authorties but his behavior was not co-oprative and good. In stead of solving problem he advice me purchasing a new sim card.

so, please you look into matter & solve it too soon, so as to I enjoy with airtel service.
