Not satisfied with the airtel mobile service provide

Sir,

I subscribed to joke pack at a cost of 10Rs/month. After three months they stopped sending the jokes. I tried to complain in customer care as well as i have complained at there customer care office at GT Road, Ghaziabad, But after siz months still they are deducting my money and not sending me the jokes.
