SIM registration failed

To whome it may concern

I am Yatendra Singh Chauhan from Powai Mumbai.

I was using Airtel since last one year, on 24 December I am offered a postpaid connection on thr same number by Airtel office, I accepted the offer, the very next day a person from Airtel came to me and collected all my related documents, photos and a fees of Rs 300.00 in cash.

On 26th December I got my postpaid connection activated.

But suddenly on 02nd January my outgoing calls and SMS facility is barred.

On 07th January my SIM registration is cancelled.

On contacting customer care they are saying we will see.

One lady named miss. Akshaya (Mobile No. 9004457122) contacted me from Airtel on 7th January, she told me to fax the landline bill of my billing address to her, I followed the same and I was told that the SIM will be activated within a day.

But till today my problem has not been solved and Miss. Akshaya is not taking my call and transfering to some other numbers.

If Airtel Mumbai is not in a position to provide proper services to the customers, I request them not to harras the customers, just straight way say, we can't help. so that we can go for other options.
