Not received extra TT

On 6-Apr'08 I received the message&-nbsp; 6-Apr'08 ke pehle Rs100 se Recharge kare aur paaiye Rs150 ka TalkTime (Rs80 turant aur Rs70, Teen din mein. Ye Laabh ek hi Recharge par lagoo hai) so I recharged of Rs. 100. But I have not received extra TT till today. I complained about it several times.
