Complaint regarding Airtel, NDNCR Core Center

I registered my number of Airtel for National Do Not Call Registry on 22-12. And according to the rule, all promotional calls should be ban with in 45 days. Still I am getting the calls of Airtel's Hello-Tunes. I informed to the customer care of Airtel 2/3 times. They noted my complaint and told me that this will not happen in future. Now whenever I call regarding this matter from other phone, they disconnect my phone. Because my customer care service is not working. I informed to: [email protected] They forwarded my email to: [email protected] Nothing happend. I informed to: Consumer online resource center (www.core.nic.in). They forwarded my complaint from: [email protected] to: [email protected] but nothing happend.
