For many years I have been using Airtel connection & for many years I have been complaining about the network problems. It’s been observed that unfortunately there has been no solid action on the customer complaints.
There are several issues with Airtel network
1) Network Problem (Connectivity)
2) Voice break or no voice.
3) Call drops. (If one call is coming while ongoing call. The ongoing call gets cut)
· Billing needs to be investigated.
It’s unfortunate that there are no calls from the company for the service issues. The customer service has been a major & regular issue.
At times the customer care unit people are unable to provide solutions or they possess a lack of knowledge about the systems.
As I have been suggested; I have got my SIM card changed more over I have changed my handset instruments as well but AIR TEL problems are still the same.
Request to kindly look in the matter. The action taken to fix the problem would be appreciated.
