Outgoing barred suddenly

Outgoing barred in my Mobile No. 9179986996 suddenly at saturday and complained at 8pm yesterday but mobile services don't resume. All documents like Voter ID photostate, Photograph 1 No. submitted to shopkeeper of Mobile Store, Telibandha, Raipur on 17/9/08 but suddenly Mobile outgoing services barred. Please give immediate solution.
