Sir,
I, Radha Chaturvedi, is holding AIRTEL land line number 0755-4260035, located House No. 9, F2 Sector, Mayur Vihar Colony, Ashoka Garden, Bhopal - 462023, M.P. since 30-5. I have also activated INTERNET CONNECTION on the line.
On 3-6, the landling and internet connection was not working and I lodged a complaint with customer care executive Mr. Abhishek at 1230 hrs. who gave me a complaint no. : 20488696 and assured that the landling and internet connection will function before 1730 hrs. on 3-6.
It is now well past 1200 hrs. on 4-6, and still the landline is not functional. No one from Airtel has botered to call me or to inform me of the delay in starting the line which for all practical purpose has gone dead only after 3 days of installation!!!
You are requested to kindly provide better service and do the needful please.
