Barring service even after the payment has been made

Hello

I have been using Airtel for a while and had a very bad experience with them. My credit limit is 1200 and i have made an interim payment for 1000 Rs by cheque which is not acknowledged by Airtel and they have barred my service for a day. And i haven't received my monthly bill till today as on 23rd of May, which is supposed to be in the 1st 7 days of the month.

And on top of all that they still call me from Chennai and their customer care people are not even aware of what is happening. Harassed by calling me up. Customer care executives dont even know how to talk or communicate properly. Pathetic service.

I am cancelling there service as early as possible.
