Bill Discrepancy closing of services

Sir,

I have already sent a complaint letter last week regarding mobile number 9663305255 to cancel the same and adjust bill amount from my deposit Rs.300/- and Rs.600/- deposited with Digi Computers, Malleshwaram, Bangalore for another 2 numbers which has not been activated till date. I have not received any information either by post or by e-mails from airtel. Please treat this matter nost urgent.

This matter has been discussed with Miss. Kala (9902176305) of airtel Bannergatta Road, Bangalore last week and on 24/11/09.
